34 Tactical holds a 01 FFL (Federal Firearms License) with a class 3 SOT. This means we are a dealer in Firearms and that we can also transfer NFA items such as suppressors or machineguns. 34 Tactical does not directly sell from its location due to zoning restrictions…HOWEVER, 34 Tactical is affiliated with and co-owns, PSG Strategic Corporation. 

What this means for you is that you can view our awesome inventory, ask questions and compare firearms on location. Once you find the perfect firearm the sale, background check and transfer can be conducted at PSG Strategic which is conveniently located in Dunkirk, Maryland.
